When your organization creates a fund at NPT, all of our gift planning resources are at your disposal. Complex gifts — such as real estate, restricted stock or closely held business interests — can be facilitated through your fund, and NPT can assist in linking charitable remainder and lead trusts and other planned giving vehicles with your fund.

NPT also offers organizations with endowments access to planned giving services, other technical assistance with deferred giving education, and legal language to establish the fund.
