Ed Hsieh

Ed Hsieh is NPT’s Senior Vice President, Experience, Design & CRM, championing human-centered design and embedding data-driven insights into how NPT serves donors, advisors, and partners. Ed comes to NPT with more than two decades of experience leading customer service, design, and CRM strategy for complex, service-driven organizations. Most recently, he served as Senior Director and Practice Head for Experience Design at NTT Data, where he led global teams across the U.S., India, and Canada in delivering transformational customer and employee experiences.
