Ken Lubiski

Ken Lubiski is NPT’s Senior Vice President, Architecture, ensuring that NPT’s systems are designed for scalability, security, and performance, strengthening the foundation of our technology ecosystem to deliver modern and resilient solutions to power our mission. He is a seasoned technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, and IT strategy across nonprofit, financial services, and SaaS sectors. Most recently, he served as Director of Application Services at Project HOME, where he led technology strategy across housing, healthcare, and education programs and implemented data modernization and analytics platforms.
