Andrew W. Hastings is NPT’s Family Office & Private Client Development Executive and has 30 years of experience in the philanthropic and nonprofit marketplace.
Drew provides holistic and flexible philanthropic solutions for family offices and their clients to manage their philanthropic portfolios and legacies a devising cutting-edge donor strategies to create social impact across all sectors and geographies. Working their trusted advisors, he provides unique expertise to founders at all stages of the business lifecycle—from early-stage to M&A to IPO. He also has extensive experience with hedge fund, private equity and venture capital principals in donating limited partnerships and portfolio company interests.
Drew was formerly the President and CEO of the Delaware Association of Nonprofit Agencies, and the Program Director for the American Institute for Public Service. He is a member of the Ultra-High-Net-Worth Institute. He received a B.A. with honors in Political Science from Denison University and also studied at Exeter College, Oxford University.
