Joseph Gajewski is the Family Office & Private Client Relationships Executive for NPT. In this role, he manages relationships with family offices and private clients, supporting complex philanthropic agendas. Joe oversees the operational aspects of the relationships with NPT’s largest donors, serving as a trusted partner to donors, family offices, and advisors, and drawing on his deep expertise in investments and operations to help align philanthropic intent with effective charitable outcomes.
Over his tenure at NPT, Joe has held several senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Premier Donor Fiduciary Services and Senior Advisor to the CEO. He has played a key role in scaling NPT’s operational capabilities to support significant growth, strengthening governance and risk oversight, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service across donor-advised funds and supporting organizations. Joe collaborates across NPT to design tailored solutions for donors with complex investment, operational, and philanthropic needs, and he serves on multiple governance and oversight committees.
Prior to joining NPT, Joe spent more than a decade at BlackRock in senior leadership roles across portfolio compliance, fund governance, pricing, and operations, as well as earlier roles at SEI Investments and PFPC, Inc. His career reflects a longstanding commitment to operational excellence, fiduciary responsibility, and thoughtful leadership. Joe holds an MBA from Widener University and a BS in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University, and he is actively engaged in community leadership, including board service with the Claymont Community Center.
