Katie Galeone

Katie Galeone is the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Compliance at NPT. Since joining NPT in 2018, she has served as Associate General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel before assuming her current role. Katie leads NPT’s enterprise-wide compliance program, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while fostering a culture of ethics, compliance, and risk management across the organization. Before NPT, Katie practiced law at boutique firms, including Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, where she specialized in trust and estate planning, fiduciary litigation, and tax-exempt organization law. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. A Philadelphia native, Katie now calls the Pacific Northwest home, where she enjoys exploring the outdoors.
