Will Mucci

Will Mucci leads the CapShift’s research team’s efforts in public manager sourcing and diligence as well as public portfolio construction. As a member of the research team, Will also helps source, qualify, and conduct due diligence on alternative investment opportunities. Prior to joining CapShift, Will was a Senior Associate at HarbourVest Partners focused on meeting the targeted mandates of institutional investors by seeking investment opportunities in emerging managers, diverse managers, the lower middle market, and underserved markets. Will began his career at Cambridge Associates where he advised public and private pension plans on asset allocation and manager selection.​ Will has an MBA and Social Entrepreneurship Certificate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a BA from Boston College in English and Economics. ​
